Backed by 21 Years of Experience
Lending experience can help with trying to know what the customers need in terms of distance regarding the financing requirements, required documentation and lender process.
LoansTelangana leadership has 21 years of hands-on experience with diverse customer profiles, their financial needs, and loan processing.
Lending processes, documentation requirements, and customer expectations have transformed repeatedly over the years. This experience supports a more prescriptive approach when educating customers on their funding needs.
Every customer’s profile is different. Factors like income, employment and business activity, existing liabilities, repayment ability, property details, or education/vehicle requirements could influence availability.
The entire process starts by figuring out the real need behind the purchase and then matching it with the loan options of our partner banks & NBFCs.
Find the Right Loan for Your Requirement
- For example, a salaried individual intending to buy a home will need an entirely different loan solution than a self-employed professional seeking some additional working capital. A property owner looking to obtain funds against an existing property differs from a student proceeding for further studies.
- Which is why Loans Telangana understands and listens to the need first, because knowing what they want to utilise the loan for helps in looking out for the right options.
- We do not showcase the same solution to all customers; we help you discover what kind of loan class your need might fit with the basic eligibility, documents, and process.
- Your profile and lender policies will determine if you can get options from different banks and NBFCs.
- However, the final loan offer is subject to the assessment of the respective financial institution.

Experienced Guidance
Loans Telangana has leadership of 21 years of experienced people with practical knowledge about customer requirements and the loan process.
Access to Multiple Loan Categories
We serve clients across Home Loan, Business Loan, Personal Loan, Mortgage Loan, Education Loan, and Vehicle Loan requirements instead of just one type of financing.
Options Through Banks and NBFCs
Based on customer requirements and his/her eligibility profile, we assist in finding the most relevant loan options available through banks/NBFCs that partner with us.
Assistance With the Loan Process
The loan application may involve several steps, including documentation, eligibility assessment, and lender evaluation. You’ll be coached on what to expect and which documents you may need.
Customer-Requirement Focus
The first step is determining the actual financial need of the customer. The category of loan you may encounter depends on whether the customer is salaried, self-employed, a business, a property buyer, or financing education and vehicle purchases, and so on.
Clear Business Positioning
Loans Telangana does not market itself as a lender. Final approval, sanctioned loan amount, interest rate, repayment tenure, and these kinds of things are all subject to the bank or NBFC offering credit.
How Loans Telangana Works
The idea is to keep things simple and clear for you.
- Tell Us Your Requirement: Tell us about the kind of loan you are seeking and your broad requirement. Be specific in terms of amount (around what your loan will help with) and needs. This gives us an idea of the kind of help that could be appropriate.
- Understand Your Profile: Your profile might be examined depending upon the type of loan you are investigating. Employment, income, business info, property information, education requirements, and other factors may be considered. The information required may depend on the category of the loan.
- Explore Relevant Loan Options: This could end up locating relevant loan products offered by banks and NBFCs using data that is available. These are different from lender to lender in terms of the eligibility criteria as well as policies surrounding the loan. You can find appropriate options based on the applicant profile and their funding needs.
- Prepare the Required Documents: The documents you need, if you move forward, will vary based on which loan product and lender you’ve chosen. They can be KYC, income, banking/or loan-specific documents. The checklist for final documents, however, is decided by the respective bank or NBFC.
- Application With the Financial Institution: The loan application gets submitted to the chosen bank or NBFC. The lender may ask for more information or documents as needed. Your application is processed as per the procedures of each financial institution.
- Lender Evaluation: The bank or NBFC doesn’t link these applicants with any borrower; instead, they check an individual’s credit eligibility, profile and documentation for these applicants. Income, outstanding loans, and repayment ability may also be considered in the assessment. The evaluation process can vary depending on the lender and their internal guidelines.
- Final Loan Decision: The final decision on the loan application is made by the respective bank or NBFC. The lender decides the sanctioned amount, rate of interest, tenure, and other applicable terms. Loans Telangana neither approves nor accepts these loans or the final terms of the loan.

What Should You Check Before Choosing a Loan?
This is not to say that the advertised rate of interest is the only factor in choosing a loan.
Consider the overall borrowing structure before agreeing to a loan offer.
Important factors can include:
Interest Rate: Interest rate is arguably the most important part of the cost of your loan. A small difference in the rate can alter your EMI and total repayment amount during the loan tenure. Before picking a loan, make sure whether the rate is fixed or floating, set to a benchmark like MCLR — and check how changes in the rate will have an impact on your payment.
EMI: EMI (Equated Monthly Instalment)– the actual amount you pay each month towards your loan. This usually consists of both principal and interest. As its name implies, EMIs are meant to be easy and should not pose a burden on your existing expenses.
Repayment Tenure: Repayment tenure – this is the duration within which the loan is to be repaid. A larger tenure will bring down the monthly EMI, but it will also result in higher foreign money outflow. It will have a higher EMI for a shorter tenure, but it may reduce the overall interest burden. Your income, ability to pay back the loan, and future financial goals will play a big role in choosing a tenure.
Processing Fees: Processing fee: Banks and NBFCs might levy a processing fee for appraising the loan application. It may be a flat fee or a percentage of the loan amount and can differ among lenders. Always check whether the processing fee is refundable or non-refundable and if applicable taxes are chargeable separately.
Documentation Charges: So it may charge some documentation, legal, valuation, or administrative fees for secured loans such as Home Loans and Mortgage Loans. Depending on the loan type, the property, and the lender, these charges can differ. Only after this can you demand a list of all relevant fees.
Prepayment Conditions: Prepayment — it is paying a portion of your remaining loan amount before the expected date of repayment. While certain lenders permit partial prepayment at no extra cost, others impose specific conditions or fees for the privilege of being able to do so. If you intend to pay off your loan early, then consider reading the prepayment policy.
Foreclosure Conditions: Foreclosure simply refers to the closure of the entire outstanding loan before the completion of the original tenure. Foreclosure fees can apply (depending on loan type and lender policy). Before you accept the loan, verify the lock-in period, foreclosure charges, and process of closing the loan facility ahead of time.
Insurance Charges, If Applicable: Depending on the product and borrower profile, some lenders may offer or require a type of insurance related to the loan. The insurance will only provide limited coverage against risks associated with a particular borrower, property, or the asset that has been financed. Find out if insurance is optional or compulsory, the range it covers, and whether the premium is paid separately or included in the loan amount.
Other Lender-Related Charges: Besides the interest rate and processing fee, it is not the end of the story regarding lenders’ charges, as there could be late-payment fees, cheque or mandate return charges, legal fees, and valuation charges included in their account statement that they have to cough up over and above whatever they pay through EMI typically has. These charges paid to the lender may vary, so it’s important that you check the lender’s tariff of charges.
Total Repayment Commitment: Do not just limit yourself to looking at the EMI per month; when you check a loan, figure out the total amount that will need to be paid back. It includes the principal amount, total payable interest, and any other charges applicable during the course of the loan tenure. Reading the total cost of a loan allows you to better understand the pre-decision financial impact of this financing method.
